Macromedia has released Macromedia Flash Player 8.0.24.0 to address Security Vulnerabilities. You can check which version is installed on your desktop(s) by visiting this page and checking the 'Version Information' section. Normally you would download the setup from "Macromedia Flash Player Download Center for Windows ", but this setup is a considered as a 'legacy' setup.

Macromedia however also provides a Full Flash Player MSI setup. This one needs a little tweaking though, which can be done by creating a Transform file.

You can't re-use the Transform file from Macromedia Flash Player 8.0.22.0. If you try to use it, you will be faced with an "Error applying transforms. Of course you can use the same techniques described to make a new Transform file for the 8.0.24.0 version. You can also download 'my' Transform file over here.
