Adobe released Adobe Reader 9.1.3. Adobe Reader and Acrobat 9.1.3 is out-of-cycle security update that address a critical security vulnerability while providing more stability. Adobe always recommends that you install the latest updates. Since Adobe Reader and Acrobat 9.1.3 are out-of-cycle security updates, care should be taken with Administrative Install Points (AIP). If this update is to be installed via an AIP, please make sure a copy of the AIP based on the regular quarterly release is archived. This copy can then be used to create a new AIP for future quarterly updates. Please read 'Adobe Acrobat and Reader Updating and Deployment Information' for more details on AIP installations.

 

because critical vulnerabilities have been identified in Adobe Reader 9.1.1 and Acrobat 9.1.1 and earlier versions. These vulnerabilities would cause the application to crash and could potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system.

The update is only available as a patch (MSP), AdbeRdrUpd913_all_incr.msp, for the MSI Package of Adobe Reader 9.1.
